If God Invited You To A Party

If God invited you to a party and said,

“Everyone in the ballroom tonight

will be my special guest,”

how would you then treat them?

And I know there is no one in this world

who is not standing upon His jeweled dance floor.

           A theme that echoes through almost all religions is the credo “love your neighbor as yourself”. In Christianity, this appears in Leviticus 19:18. Continuing with Christianity as the example, in the Bible a man asks Jesus, “Who is my neighbor?". The parable of the Good Samaritan follows, but I hope you will always heed the message Hafiz imparts: every soul on Earth has been sent a divine invitation. 

           Throughout this month, I will delve into many religions. Since I currently define myself as Christian (though I am receptive to the teachings of all religions), I thought this was a well done video depicting the strength that can come through Faith.
